- Firm booking is subject to availability both online and by email confirmation;
- We offer baby crib upon availability, free of charge;
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out at 11:00;
- Late check-out (check-out later than 11.00 am) is charged 100 lei / double room, 150 lei / apartment without prior notice;
- Reservations are guaranteed until 22.00. In case of late arrivals, please inform the reception in writing or by phone to avoid cancellation of your reservation;
- Please note that occasionally the resort organizes social events, most frequently from Friday to Sunday;
- Serenity Resort is a pet friendly resort. We are open to guests accompanied by small pets with prior notice and written confirmation received from reception. As cleanliness is fundamental to us, rooms that have accommodated guests with pets are subject to a specialized cleaning process, so a charge of 100 lei / stay of maximum 3 days will be added to the accommodation rate;
